Riverstone Radiators is a specialist workshop at 63 Wellington Street, Riverstone. We fix, rebuild, and fabricate cooling systems for the machines that keep Australia moving.

A workshop built on real experience

Riverstone Radiators has been a fixture in Western Sydney for years. The team carries over 100 years of combined experience across radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, and fuel coolers. That depth of knowledge is not a marketing line. It means when a truckies radiator blows on a Friday afternoon, we know exactly what to do and we get it done.

We work on the heavy end of the spectrum: long-haul and local trucks, excavators and dozers, passenger and school buses, and farm machinery from tractors to harvesters. If it has an engine and a cooling system, we have almost certainly seen one before.

Custom fabrication is a big part of what we do. When an off-the-shelf part does not exist, or the original is no longer made, we build one. Bring us your drawings, your dimensions, or just your problem, and we will figure it out.

What We Do

Every service we offer, we have been doing for a long time.

Radiators

Repair, rebuild, and custom fabrication for trucks, earthmoving plant, buses, and farm equipment. Core flushes, pressure tests, and full replacements.

Intercoolers

Custom-built and off-the-shelf intercoolers for turbocharged trucks and heavy equipment. We repair damaged cores and replace end tanks when others say it is scrap.

Oil Coolers

Transmission and engine oil cooler repair and replacement. Critical maintenance for high-hours machinery that cannot afford downtime.

Fuel Coolers

Fuel cooler service and replacement for diesel trucks and heavy plant. We keep your fuel system running at the right temperature.

Welding

Oxy, MIG, and TIG welding for radiator tanks, mounting brackets, frames, and custom metalwork. No job is too awkward or too small.

Fuel Tank Cleaning & Repair

Internal cleaning, pressure testing, and structural repair of diesel and petrol fuel tanks. We keep tanks in service rather than sending them to scrap.

Air Conditioning Parts

Sourcing and supply of AC components for trucks and heavy vehicles. We track down hard-to-find parts so your vehicle stays comfortable and compliant.

Custom Fabrication

One-off and short-run custom radiators and intercoolers built to your exact specification. Bring us your drawings, your measurements, or your problem.
